01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rojak99 website accessible at rojak99.best and all related services. This document is read together with our Privacy Policy, which is also available on this website.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the rojak99 platform immediately.

02 Account Eligibility

You are eligible to use rojak99 services only if you meet all of the following requirements:

rojak99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, residence, or age at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed and remaining balances returned after bonus deductions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for updating this information whenever any changes occur.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. You must not disclose your password to any third party. rojak99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. The deposit methods accepted by rojak99 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• FPX (Online Banking) — including all major banks in Malaysia
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

All successful deposits will be credited to your account. If any technical issue causes a transaction to be delayed, please contact our 24/7 customer support with proof of transaction for prompt action.

The payment method registered must be in your own name. Using another person's account or card to make a deposit is prohibited and may result in account termination and the transaction being reversed.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes once account information verification is complete.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for your original deposit. In certain situations, we may request additional identity verification before large withdrawals are approved. This is a protective measure to ensure the safety of your funds.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

The rojak99 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value — in this example RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

For larger deposits: a deposit of RM3,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure;
• rojak99 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

07 Game Rules

All game results generated by the rojak99 system are final. This includes results from slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and arcade games. Any claim relating to a game result must be submitted within 24 hours after the game ends.

Live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo follow standard industry rules. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

System failures or technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved according to our internal procedures. In most cases, affected rounds will be cancelled and bets returned to the account balance.

08 Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rojak99 platform and may result in account closure and balance freeze:

• Any form of fraud, collusion or game manipulation;
• Use of false information or another person's identity during registration;
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• Attempts to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities;
• Placing opposing bets between linked accounts;
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.

rojak99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and all balances may be withdrawn.

rojak99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In proven cases of fraud, balances may not be returned.

Temporary account suspension may occur during the identity verification process. Suspended accounts cannot perform any transactions until the process is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

rojak99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity or error-free operation of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, rojak99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our platform. This includes loss of expected profits, technical failures or service disruptions.

Regardless of circumstances, rojak99's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

Gambling is for entertainment purposes only and must be managed wisely. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. You should set daily, weekly or monthly limits for your deposits and bets.
